Midwestern Winters

It was 63 degrees here yesterday.

It was in the lower 50’s this morning.

Now, it’s around 40 degrees (but ‘feels’ like it is 25) outside and we’re just going to get colder.

Tomorrow we’re supposed to have a high of 30 and flurries.

Why all the weather talk?

Well, this is typical of the Midwest. Freezing one week, warm the next.

Personally, Winter and I are not friends.

I tend to become grumpy, lethargic, whiny & feel like I want to hibernate.

Here’s hoping I get to sit in front of the fire and knit tonight and do into a yarn coma.

That’s what gets me through Winter now.
